I love sharing stories of resilience, examples of applying simple techniques that make profound differences in the course of our everyday lives, and the lives of those with whom we interact. The truth is there are scores of beneficial programs available to us, designed to help us reduce stress, be better people, offering protocol to be mindful, communicate compassionately, behave respectfully and perform optimally.
